Holiday “Fish” Plate: Tofu baked “filets” on bed smashed potatoes n’ green peas with side of caper dill “tartar” sauce plus roasted winter squash with thyme 9 points per quart F and NUTS (walnut)
Hannukah Plate: Lemon-basil garbanzo bean hummus served over quinoa tabbouleh with parsley, mint, tomato, red onion and cucumber plus side of creamy Greek dressing along with steamed cabbage n’ kale with a toasted sesame dressing 8 points per quart F and Nut Free
“Matzo” Ball Soup: Two deliciously herbed brown rice “matzo” balls in a savory mixed vegetable soup (carrots, parsnips, turnips, celery, onion, kale) and fresh parsley n’ dill…yum. 4 points per pint F and Nut Free
Potato Latkes: Baked, not fried, holiday potato-onion latke served with side of house made apple sauce on bed of brown lentils with sautéed Portabella mushrooms, capers and onions 5 points per pint F and Nut Free

Noodle Kugel: Savory pasta, “cheeze”, spinach and kale casserole baked to deliciousness 5 points per pint F and Nut Free
Baked Falafel: Baked, not fried, sweet potato-sprouted mung bean falafel served with side cumin tahini on bed of roasted butternut squash 4 points per pint F and Nut Free
Warm Mexican Salad: Coconut basmati rice studded with chipotle roasted corn topped with hemp-crusted avocado, live kale salad, cilantro pumpkin seed pesto and pickled red onions 4 points per pint F and Nut Free
Cleansing Indian Kitchari Stew: This delicious cleansing stew is packed with red lentil, short grain brown rice, carrot, garnet yam, onion, cabbage, plus lots of healing garlic, ginger and curry spices.
